PremiumTrust Bank Donates Life-Saving Medical Equipment to Massey Street Children's Hospital in Lagos.

The Bank delivered critical medical equipment and welfare support designed to strengthen the hospital's emergency response capabilities and enhance patient care.

The donation package from PremiumTrust Bank included a brand-new, fully equipped ambulance for emer

gency response and patient referral services, as well as essential healthcare equipment, including baby incubators, infant monitor machines, baby weighing scales, and children's hospital mattresses. These item

s address urgent gaps in the hospital's operational capacity and will directly impact the survival and well-being of newborns and young patients.

Beyond medical equipment, the Bank also distributed 100 carefully curated impact bags to children receiving care at the facility. Each bag contained nutritious cooked meals, drinks, fresh fruits, educational puzzles, and a personal goodwill note from the Bank's Managing Director, Dr Emmanuel Efe Emefienim, CON, FCIB. Thank-you bags were also presented to caregivers and hospital staff in recognition of their efforts and dedication.

Speaking at the event, the Managing Director and CEO of PremiumTrust Bank, Dr. Emmanuel Efe Emefienim, CON, FCIB, emphasised

that the initiative is a core component of the Bank's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objective, which seeks to enhance lives and foster a better quality of living within communities.

The initiative drew high-level attendance, including the Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Health, Kemi Ogunyemi, and members of the Hospital Management Team.

The intervention resonated strongly within the Massey Street community, with residents, parents, and families expressing gratitude and renewed hope. For many families whose children were hospitalised, the Bank's presence brought reassurance and dignity.
